The Cardozo Law Library supports the accessibility and mobility needs of our patrons. The main entrance to the library on the 7th floor has an automatic door open button. There is an accessible single-stall bathroom on the 7th floor near the entrance. Study Room 717 has an electronically raising and lowering table to accommodate wheelchairs or standing needs. We also have adjustable bookstands, portable folding standing desks, and support cushions available for checkout at the circulation desk.
The library does not have an internal elevator that travels between the floors of the library. Floors 6 through 9 in the library are connected via an internal staircase. Access to these floors is available from the main elevators with a key. Students with mobility needs should contact Jason Zarin, Assistant Director for Public Services, as keys are available for checkout.
Accommodation assistance is also available through the Office of Student Services & Advising. Please contact the Dean of Students, Jenn Kim.
