
Professor Jessica Roth was a guest on MSNBC to discuss the recent developments surrounding the Mueller Report.
She said, "Congress has a couple of legal options and none of them are very good...one of them is to go to a federal district court in a civil proceeding to enforce a Congressional subpoena. There are good legal grounds for Congress to win. The problem is any order from a judge would be appealable. The litigation could take years."
