Professor Saurabh Vishnubhakat's coauthored article, “The Puzzle of Biologics Manufacturing Platform Patents,” was published in Nature Biotechnology on March 17. He spoke at the International Trademark Association’s conference The Business of Trade Secrets: Navigating the Challenges and Opportunities in the Ever-Changing World of AI on March 19. Vishnubhakat also spoke at the University of Pennsylvania Law School’s 17th Annual IP Symposium, Threading the Needle: IP Challenges in Fast Fashion, AI Art, and Trademarks, on March 21.
