Professor Gabor Rona's case challenging President Trump, the U.S. Department of State, and others over a Feb. 6 executive order imposing sanctions on the International Criminal Court was covered by Bloomberg Law on April 15. The lawsuit alleges the president exceeded his authority by restricting support and other services to the I.C.C. prosecutor and seeks a preliminary injunction.
