- Professor Pamela Foohey spoke at the University of Cincinnati College of Law’s 2022 Corporate Law Symposium on March 25. She also co-filed an amicus curiae brief in the Purdue Pharma Chapter 11 bankruptcy appeal, pending before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
- Professor Jocelyn Getgen Kestenbaum was a guest on Zeitgeist19 Foundation's podcast to discuss the Russian invasion of Ukraine and ways in which human rights violations and mass atrocities can be prevented. The USCIRF report she co-authored last year and a podcast about it was mentioned in a New York Times article about lynch mobs in Pakistan.
- Professor Deborah Pearlstein was a panelist at “Lies, Free Speech and the Law” on April 8, sponsored by the Knight First Amendment Institute at Columbia University.
- Professor Alex Reinert testified before the House Committee on the Judiciary, Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights, and Civil Liberties at the hearing “Examining Civil Rights Litigation Reform, Part 1: Qualified Immunity” on March 30 at 10 a.m.
