You should by now have signed up for your free Zoom account. If you have not yet done so, please do so immediately by going here.
YU has put together a short Canvas course with tips for accessing and using Zoom in our classes. You can find it here: https://yu.instructure.com/courses/42351
The student IT help point will be staffed today and tomorrow and will offer help setting up and understanding Zoom. THE HELP POINT IS IN THE LIBRARY, AND WILL BE OPEN TODAY, THURS. 3/12 FROM NOON-5 PM AND TOMORROW, FRI., 3/13 FROM 9 AM-5 PM.
YU is also hosting live webinar trainings on Zoom today, Friday, and Sunday. Please go here if you’d like to sign up for one.
Finally, attached is a slide with some guidelines that we ask you to follow when you join classes remotely next week.
