The law library can assist you in locating and borrowing materials from other libraries via interlibrary loan (ILL). To make an interlibrary loan request, students must contact the reference desk via email (lawref@yu.edu), chat, or in-person.

Journal staff students requesting interlibrary loans for citation checking must:

1. Contact the ILL Coordinator(s) for your journal and check to see if the resource has been requested already.

2. Then, a journal's ILL Coordinator(s) will use or authorize a journal member to use the Law Journal Source Retrieval Form to place the ILL for the source in question.
