Professor Kretzmer is a prolific scholar whose most recent book, The Occupation of Justice: The Supreme Court of Israel and the Occupied Territories, co-authored with Yael Ronen, Professor of Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, was published in its second edition by Oxford University Press.
