Victor Wang brings over a decade of experience in intellectual property law to the Patent Diversity Clinic.  He has extensive experience in all aspects of patent practice, in both the U.S. and abroad. He has overseen the Cardozo/Google Patent Diversity Project, which is dedicated to helping people from underrepresented backgrounds secure patents. Before joining Cardozo’s faculty, he was a patent litigator, prosecutor, and transactional attorney at Baker McKenzie, where he was also a member of the recruiting committee.  Victor was also a patent examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, where he reviewed patents in the Electrical Computers and Digital Processing Systems: Memory art unit.  He is a proud graduate of Cardozo School of Law, Class of 2015.
