Ted B. Slevin is the Associate General Counsel at Olive Tree Property Holdings LLC and Olive Tree Property Management LLC. As AGC, Ted assists the General Counsel in all legal matters for the company, including transactional activities and the implementation of corporate policy initiatives. Prior to joining Olive Tree, Ted was the Managing Director of Legal at Meridian Capital Group, where he oversaw all legal matters for Meridian, including a broad range of corporate matters and commercial transactions. Prior to that, an associate in the real estate department at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, where Ted represented clients in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, joint ventures, leasing and financing.



Ted is admitted to the bar in New York. He earned his JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and BS from Georgetown University.  Ted has been an Adjunct Professor at Cardozo since January 2019.
