Sally Ness is an adjunct professor and labor lawyer. She has worked for the National Labor Relations Board since graduating from law school in 2017, and she currently serves as staff counsel to Member David Prouty. She is a proud member of the National Labor Relations Board Professional Association, where she has served on the Labor Management and Protected Concerted Activity committees.
Sally earned a BA (magna cum laude) in Political Science and Spanish and a BS (cum laude) in Economics from Tulane University, and was awarded the Charles E. Dunbar Jr. Fellowship in Political Science. She subsequently earned her JD (magna cum laude; Order of the Coif) from Cardozo School of Law, where she served as an articles editor for Cardozo Law Review, worked for the Major League Baseball Players Association as a Peggy Browning Fellow, and participated in a field clinic where she interned in the Labor Bureau of the New York State Attorney General’s Social Justice Division.
