Rebecca Suldan is a staff attorney in the Family Defense Practice at The Bronx Defenders. She spent her first year at Bronx Defenders as a Kirkland & Ellis New York Public Service Fellow, advocating for parents seeking to amend their records in the Statewide Central Register of Child Abuse and Maltreatment. Prior to law school, Rebecca worked at the Center for Reproductive Rights.
Rebecca graduated cum laude from NYU School of Law, where she was a colloquium editor for the Review of Law and Social Change. Rebecca was also a student advocate with NYU's Immigrant Rights Clinic and worked at the NYC Commission on Human Rights, Bronx Defenders, and the Immigrant Defense Project. Rebecca graduated magna cum laude from Yale College with a degree in Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies.
