Naomi B. Waltman is the former Executive Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Litigation for Paramount Skydance Corp. She served as the Company’s chief litigation counsel, overseeing litigation for Paramount and its business units in a broad range of matters, including defamation, intellectual property and other commercial disputes, shareholder and securities litigation, and government investigations. Earlier in her career, Naomi was a litigation associate at Kaye Scholer LLP (now Arnold & Porter) in New York City and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Warren W.
