Michelle Parker, Adjunct Professor of Law, teaches Contract Drafting. Her expertise includes litigating in the areas of securities, corporate governance, and complex contracts. Parker previously taught Legal Writing at Cardozo and served as a Senior Research Fellow and Faculty Mentor for the Heyman Center on Corporate Governance. Parker is a graduate of Cardozo (‘94) where she was a member of the Cardozo Law Review. She has served as an executive officer on several non-profit boards.
