Mr. Graif is a partner at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C.  He focuses his practice on trademark enforcement, licensing, social media and copyright matters.  He has represented clients from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, adivisng them on strategic acquisitions, global licensing programs and protecting their IP rights.  He has also served as an expert on U.S. trade dress law in a multinational case in Australia.  Mr. Graif has appeared on TV and has been quoted extensively in the press, and was named as an expert in trademark enforcement in New York by the World Trademark Review WTR 1000.

He received a BSE in electrical engineering, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and his law degree from the University of Toronto.
