Linda M. Ryan teaches J.D. Lawyering and Legal Writing and Remedies, as well as LL.M. Advanced Workshop in Legal Research and Writing and Contract Drafting. She also serves as an Advisor in the Office of Academic Success. Prior to Cardozo, she was Assistant Dean for Library and Information Resources, Director of the Rittenberg Law Library and Research Professor of Law at St. John’s University School of Law and then Director of Long Island University’s Palmer School of Library and Information Science. Professor Ryan served as Chair of the AALS Section on Law Libraries and on numerous ABA law school reaccreditation site visit teams. She is author of the second edition of Legal Research and Law Library Management, a leading title in the field.
