Hillary Packer currently serves as associate director of restorative practices at the Center for Justice Innovation. She supports a variety of efforts, working to bring restorative justice and practices to people inside the criminal legal system and to reduce the use of incarceration and other punitive responses to harm. Hillary is a licensed attorney, an Understanding-based certified mediator, and has served on New York City’s Family Court Custody and Visitation Mediation Panel. She received her J.D. from CUNY School of Law.
