The Office of Student Services and Advising assists students in obtaining reasonable accommodations for documented disabilities/medical conditions. Such disabilities/conditions include physical, sensory and health-related disabilities; psychiatric disorders; learning disabilities; ADHD.; or temporary disabilities.

You can schedule an appointment by calling, 212-790-0429 or stopping by Mondays through Thursdays, 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and Fridays, 9 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. If you are ready to apply for an accommodation please read the Accommodations Memo 18-19 and fill out the attached Initial Request Form and bring it with you to the appointment.
