- Professor Christopher Buccafusco's paper, co-authored with Jonathan Masur and Ryan Whalen, “Measuring Brand Congestion in Bordeaux Wine: Too Many Towers, Hills, and Crosses?”, was accepted for publication by the Journal of Wine Economics.
- Professor Pamela Foohey presented her paper "Portraits of Bankruptcy Filers", co-authored with Robert M. Lawless and Deborah Thorne, during the American Law and Economics Association’s Annual Meeting.
- Professor Barbara Kolsun, director of The FAME Center, chaired the Luxury Law Summit on November 10, a virtual event.
- Professor Kathryn Miller published two papers on SSRN: The Myth of Autonomy Rights, 43 Cardozo L. Rev. and Resurrecting Arbitrariness, 107 Cornell L. Rev.
- Professor Alex Reinert gave a lecture on "The Story of Iqbal" at Boston University School of Law, on October 20. He also delivered a presentation on Municipal Liability at PLI's 38th Annual Section 1983 Civil Rights Litigation training on October 28.
- Professors Jeanne L. Schroeder and David Gray Carlson completed an article defending the settlement in the bankruptcy case of Purdue Pharma. The article will be published in the American Bankruptcy Law Journal, maintained by the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges.
- The Benjamin B. Ferencz Atrocity Prevention Clinic assisted the expert, Patricia Viseur Sellers, in an Inter-American Court of Human Rights case.
