Apply for a spot in the National Immigration Habeas Institute’s January 29-30, 2026 training in Los Angeles, co-sponsored by the Immigrant Legal Resources Center and the Center for Immigration Law and Policy at the UCLA School of Law. This training is designed specifically for immigration attorneys who practice in California and Arizona and will be hosted at the UCLA Labor Center. 

Applications are due by midnight PST on Friday, December 5, 2025.

Application requirements: 

• At least three years of immigration law practice (can include law school clinics, internships, and externships); 

• Ability to attend the training in-person for two full days, including the capacity to prepare for the training by reading relevant case law and reviewing hypos for small group discussion; 

• Current admission to a federal district court or commitment to apply for admission.
