The most current library services are available on our Spring 2021 guide.
In addition, the library has created a Student Resources Guide of library resources available to students remotely, including study aids, textbooks, the Bluebook, and stress & anxiety relief.

Seats are available throughout the building as well as throughout the library. Library study spaces consist of single-occupancy study rooms, carrels, and tables. You may schedule your reservation up to 72 hours in advance. Please visit the Seat Reservations Guidelines page for more information on how to make a reservation. The library is providing reference services through email at lawref@yu.edu. We are answering emails Monday-Friday, 10:00am-5:00pm.

Appointments are available for half-hour reference consultations and are generally available Monday-Friday between between 10am – 5pm. Consultations are being conducted remotely through Microsoft Teams video conferencing. After making an appointment, we'll send a meeting invite for you to connect via computer or phone. Email the reference desk at lawref@yu.edu to set up an appointment.

The library has a materials drop-off bin outside of the main entrance of the library on the 7th floor as well as at the main security desk on the 1st floor. You can renew materials yourself by accessing my library account or by contacting circdesk@law.cardozo.yu.edu. The library is not enforcing fines during the Spring 2021 semester.

Yes, the library is processing Interlibrary Loan requests on a limited basis for our patrons. Many of the lending institutions have limited services. Contact lawref@yu.edu to make ILL requests.

The New School and Cooper Union libraries are currently not open to Cardozo students due to COVID-19. Other Yeshiva University libraries are currently closed to Cardozo students. Passes to other area law libraries are also not available during the Spring 2021 semester.
