Prior to joining the Office of Career Services, Kateryna practiced in the U.S. Corporate Finance group at Allen & Overy LLP in London, UK, with a focus on private and public debt and equity offerings. During her 1L summer, she participated in the Summer Honors Program at the Office of International Affairs of the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. Before attending law school, Kateryna was a paralegal in the International Arbitration group at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP in New York and in Paris, and a Community Associate in the Early Case Assessment Bureau at the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office.

Kateryna received her B.S. in Photography and Performing Arts from CUNY Baccalaureate for Unique and Interdisciplinary Studies and her J.D. from New York University School of Law. She completed the Mediation Clinic and mediated small court claims in NY and NJ courts. She was an active board member of several student organizations, including the Law & Business Association and the International Law Society, a Student Ambassador and mentor, and a devoted cast member and choreographer for the Law Revue parody musical productions.
