Professor Christina Feege brings more than two decades of experience counseling and representing employers to her role as Program Director of Cardozo’s M.S.L. in Employment Law. Before joining Cardozo, she served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at L’Oréal USA, where she advised business and a team of 100+ HR leaders on all aspects of U.S. employment law, including accommodations, harassment prevention, regulatory compliance, restrictive covenants, reductions in force, and workplace safety. She led litigation strategy, oversaw outside counsel, negotiated and drafted employment agreements, and guided corporate security and crisis management efforts.
Prior to her in-house role, Professor Feege was a Shareholder at Littler, the nation’s largest employment law firm, where she represented employers in discrimination, harassment, whistleblower, retaliation, and restrictive covenant litigation. She also developed deep expertise in employment agreements, handbooks, and workplace training.
At Cardozo, Professor Feege has taught Employment Law and Employment Law Drafting, courses that combine doctrinal foundations with practical skills in drafting employment agreements, severance packages, and workplace policies. As Program Director of the M.S.L. in Employment Law, she is committed to equipping HR professionals, compliance officers, and managers with the legal knowledge and practical tools to navigate today’s complex workplace environment. She previously taught foundational legal process courses at Hofstra University’s Zarb School of Business.
Professor Feege also serves on the Boards of Directors of Grace Outreach Bronx and Global Action on Gun Violence.
She earned her J.D. from Cornell Law School, where she was a member of the Cornell Law Review, and her B.A. in English Literature from Barnard College.
