From time to time, students may want access to view information located in their file. To request a copy of your law school application or other documents in your official record, please submit a General Request Form to cardozoregistrar@yu.edu. On the form, please let us know which documents you are requesting and provide the email or mailing address where the letter can be sent. Please note, we do not release letters of recommendation, non-YU transcripts, or immunization records to students.
