Homecoming & Reunion 2024 will feature an All Alumni Cocktail Party. We look forward to welcoming all alumni back to the law school, with the Classes of 1979, 1984, 1989, 1994, 1999, 2004, 2009, 2014 and 2019 celebrating milestone reunions. Attendees will have the opportunity to welcome the most recent graduating Class of 2024 into the Alumni Association!

Following the panel discussion, in-person attendees will enjoy a special presentation by Kelly Leong, Associate Dean for Library Services, on the personal papers of Supreme Court Justice Benjamin N. Cardozo.
In-person attendees will also be entered into a raffle to win special edition Cardozo prizes and a signed copy of Journeys from There to Here: Stories of Immigrant Trials, Triumphs, and Contributions by Susan Cohen '85.

A discussion with faculty members and featured guest speaker Professor Ruth Halperin-Kaddari, pictured below, who is the Founding Academic Director of the Rackman Center for the Advancement of Women at Bar-Ilan University and former vice-president of the UN Committee on the Elimination of all forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW). Professor Halperin-Kaddari has led the charge for the UN to declare that sexual violence was part of the Hamas attack on October 7th.

The marquee event of the evening will feature live music, an open bar and a delicious buffet dinner featuring RAM catering. Classes ending in 4s and 9s will gather and celebrate their milestone reunions in specially designated areas. Reconnect with professors and classmates, and meet recent graduates from the Class of 2024. Don’t miss this signature Cardozo event!
Homecoming & Reunion 2024 will mark the world premiere of never-before-seen papers written by Justice Benjamin N. Cardozo during his time serving on the Supreme Court of the United States. These papers, recently discovered in the Cardozo Law Library’s archives, will be on view during the celebration. Kelly Leong, Cardozo’s Associate Dean for Library Services, will be available to provide insight into the significance of these papers and answer questions from attendees.
Attendees will have the opportunity to have professional headshots taken during the event with photographer, Laurie Rhodes. Photography sessions will last about 5 minutes, and spaces are limited. Registration is required when purchasing a Homecoming & Reunion ticket. Once all spots have been reserved, we will implement a waitlist.
The purchase of a Homecoming ticket ($50) is a fully tax-deductible contribution to one of the four funding priorities. At registration, please select which priority you would like your gift to support from the list below:
