Stephen Wah is a managing associate in the New York office of Pasich LLP.  He has represented clients in litigations, arbitrations and mediations involving in a wide range of complex coverage disputes, including first and third-party claims, insurance broker liability, directors and officers liability, and bad faith litigation.

Stephen has advised clients regarding insurance coverage under an array of forms and policies including Commercial Crime, Cyber, Directors & Officers, Errors-and-Omissions, Event Cancellation, Employment Practices Liability, Fidelity, General Liability, Products Liability, Property, and Workers’ Compensation. Stephen has successfully recovered over a hundred million dollars in wrongfully denied insurance proceeds and related damages.

In 2021 and 2022, Stephen was named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers for Insurance Coverage and is a AAA Higginbotham Fellow.
