Pamela Serota has an Ed.D. in Organization and Leadership from the University of San Francisco, an M.Ed. in Counseling from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and a B.A. in French from Oberlin College. After college, she taught English for one year in France on a Fulbright teaching grant. Later in her career, while she was managing the LL.M. program at the University of Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, she was the recipient of a Fulbright International Education Administrator's award to study the higher education system of Germany. In addition, Pamela is a qualified and experienced administrator of the IDI (Intercultural Development Inventory) and ICS (International Conflict Styles) assessments.
Pamela has extensive experience managing international programs and supporting international students across different disciplines. She brings her passion for student engagement, international exchange, diversity and inclusion, and intercultural understanding to her work at Cardozo.
