Krysta Hartley is an Assistant Law Clerk for the New York State Unified Court System, where she researches and analyzes legal issues raised in complex civil term motions and is responsible for drafting orders, opinions, and memoranda. Krysta has worked in civil and family courts as a law clerk handling, among other things, mediations and settlement conferences with counsel and pro se litigants in various areas of the law.
Krysta is an adjunct professor at Cardozo School of Law, where she previously served as Fellow for the Kukin Program for Conflict Resolution, as well as Editor in Chief of the ADR Competition Honor Society. In addition, Krysta trained as a mediator in both the Mediation and Divorce Mediation Clinics while at Cardozo. Krysta received her B.A. in Political Science from Boston University and J.D. with Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Cardozo School of Law.
