Jonah S. Zweig is the Managing Partner of The Zweig Law Firm, P.C. and has chaired the firm’s litigation department since its foundation. Jonah has represented a wide variety of clients in civil litigation actions, with expertise in a broad range of personal injury cases, including construction/labor law matters, premises liability suits, general negligence actions, and motor vehicle claims. He has further handled issues concerning commercial and general real estate claims, fiduciary disputes, and other commercial disputes. Jonah has successfully practiced at both the trial court and appellate levels and has extensive experience in courtroom advocacy and negotiation proceedings, often being the choice for other New York firms to serve as their trial and/or appellate counsel.
Jonah is a committee member of the New York City Bar Association's Litigation Committee involved in drafting reports, commenting and testifying on legislation, submitting briefs, sponsoring continuing legal education and other programs, and participating in public service projects. Jonah has also formerly served as a member of the New York City Bar Association's Tort Litigation Committee.
