Jake Morrison is Corporate Counsel at Google where his responsibilities include drafting and negotiating strategic partnership agreements, counseling commercial legal risk and advising on legal direction, process and policy.

Jake graduated with his B.A., summa cum laude, in Political Science and with High Honors in Art History from New York University, and with his J.D. from Stanford Law School.

Prior to joining Google, Jake was an Intellectual Property associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen and Hamilton, and a Technology Transactions associate at Morrison & Foerster.
