Grace Lee is the Chief Legal Officer at EMS Capital LP, a family office and investment management firm focused on a broad spectrum of alternative investment verticals such as real estate, hedge funds, venture capital, private equity, membership clubs and SPACs.  She has over 15 years of experience providing legal, compliance and regulatory guidance to RIAs and family offices, focused on structuring and implementing strategic initiatives such as joint ventures, complex corporate governance and legal agreements.  Grace earned her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Rochester.  

In addition to her legal practice, Grace is also a dedicated member of her community.  She spends her time building and investing in attainable housing properties in New York City and the Mid-Hudson Valley region.  Grace is certified as a Suitability Excellence Associate and on the membership committee of Urban Land Institute.  Grace hopes to make a positive impact for individuals and businesses alike.
