Emiliano Baidenbaum is the Head of Global Operations for CrowdStrike Financial Services, where he directs operational, risk management, and other strategic aspects of the business. Prior to this role, Emiliano served as the Chief Counsel for the Americas at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he oversaw legal affairs for the HPE Financial Services business unit and co-lead the Legal Innovation Lab, an initiative focused on transforming innovative legal concepts into operational tools. Before joining HPE, Emiliano practiced intellectual property and administrative litigation in various law firms in Mexico. Emiliano holds J.D. degrees from both the United States and Mexico, and he is licensed to practice law in both countries.
