Emiliano Baidenbaum serves as the Chief Counsel for the Americas at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, with a primary focus on overseeing legal affairs within the HPE Financial Services business unit. He also co-leads the Worldwide Innovation Law Lab at HPE, an integral initiative that supports the translation of innovative concepts from the Legal Department into practical applications.

Before joining HPE in 2010, Emiliano practiced intellectual property and administrative litigation in various law firms in Mexico. Emiliano holds J.D. degrees from both the United States and Mexico, and he is licensed to practice law in both countries.
