Danielle Kantor is a Director of Enforcement at the New York Stock Exchange. The NYSE Regulation group is responsible for monitoring activities on the NYSE markets, and for enforcing compliance with exchange rules and the federal securities laws. Ms. Kantor began her career as a law clerk to the Hon. Roslynn R. Mauskopf of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She then worked in the litigation department at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where she represented clients in connection with litigation and regulatory matters.
She holds a J.D. from NYU School of Law. She received her undergraduate degree and Master’s degree in History from Brown University.
