Adria Gulizia is a committed practitioner of creative dispute resolution with over a decade of experience in mediation, conflict management and restorative practices. Her professional experience includes public education, the nonprofit sector and corporate legal practice. Since 2019, Ms. Gulizia has worked at NYCID, Staten Island's community dispute resolution center. She currently serves as NYCID's director of court and community programs, overseeing court-affiliated and community-based conflict resolution services. She has leveraged her experience in dispute resolution, restorative practices and the thoughtful design of policies and procedures to prevent and resolve conflicts between colleagues in a variety of contexts, including religious institutions, the public sector, and for- and non-profit organizations.
Ms. Guizia received her B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis in 2008 and her J.D. from the New York University School of Law in 2013.
