Cardozo Law’s Samuel & Ronnie Heyman Center on Corporate Governance and The Blockchain Project co-hosted the Second Annual Blockchain and the Law Conference on September 16. The event featured three panels: a fireside chat, a panel on blockchain from an enforcement perspective, and a panel on the state of blockchain policy. Blockchain Project director Aaron Wright ’05 moderated the fireside chat with William Hinman, Director of the Division of Corporation Finance at the SEC. The discussion pertained to the regulation of digital securities.
