May 14, 2018 - A new litigation funding bill in the Senate would require disclosure of third-party litigation funding in class actions and multidistrict litigation within 10 days of case filing, or 10 days after a funding deal.

Professor Anthony Sebok says that "I get the feeling that the true purpose of the push for disclosure is purely voyeuristic."
