March 23, 2018 - NYU Law School will host a symposium about Professor Jessica Roth’s recent article, The “New” District Court Activism in Criminal Justice Reform on Monday, March 26, 2018 from 2 to 4 p.m.
The panel will focus on the role of federal district court judges in spurring criminal justice reform through non-binding dicta and extrajudicial activity and features leading members of the federal judiciary and the academy, including the Hon.
