Professor Jocelyn Getgen Kestenbaum's United States Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) report Respecting Rights? Measuring the World's Blasphemy Laws was cited in an ABC News article, "Pakistan delays ruling on blasphemy death sentence case." 

Professor Getgen Kestenbaum's report, which was co-authored with Joelle Fiss, lists 71 countries that punish acts of blasphemy - some with sentencing that includes corporal or even capital punishment.
