Professor Aaron Wright testified before the U.S. House Commiteee on Science, Space, & Technology on various topics surrounding blockchain technology. He discussed the capabilities of blockchain, including its use for smart contracts, and the potential for the technology to impact a range of industries, improve commercial activity, transform capital markets and democratize capital.
Professor Charles Yablon was the plenary speaker at the annual conference of the Corporate Law Teachers Association of Australia in Melbourne. His talk was titled “Innovation, the State and Private Enterprise: A Corporate Lawyer’s Perspective.” It was attended by corporate law teachers from Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, India and other Asian countries.
