August 1, 2013 - Michael Wildes, Managing Partner Wildes & Weinberg, P.C. and a former federal prosecutor and current adjunct professor of law at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, joined Shepard Smith on Fox News Live on July 31. He further discussed the Snowden matter and the CIA leaks. According to a former NSA employee, phone surveillance records are seized on more than 3 billion calls a day. According to the report, phone numbers and the duration of the call are being tracked and collected. While some people feel that this in an invasion of each individuals' privacy, the fact remains that this surveillance has led to the disruption of more than 12 terrorist attacks. Wildes has previously testified on Capitol Hill in connection with anti-terrorism legislation.
