In December, The Guardianship Clinic released Guardianship in New York: Deveoping an Agenda for Change, a report that offers a broad set of recommendations for making the guardianship system more accessible and accountable to New York's most vulnerable citizens. The report, compiled by Rebekah Diller and students in the Guardianship Clinic, was based on recommendations that emerged from a conference at Cardozo that Toby Golick organized in November 2011. The report's release was covered in The New York Law Journal and Reuters.
