This Journal has merged with the Journal of International Comparative Law to become to the Journal of Comparative, Policy & Ethics Law Review.
 
The Cardozo Public Law, Policy & Ethics Journal (CPLPEJ) was a multidisciplinary publication dedicated to discussing and analyzing the policy implications of governmental actions, how lawyers advocate in the public interest, and how the ethical choices of legal workers affect the law and the public at large. CPLPEJ published writing in all areas of the law including: constitutional law, family law, legal ethics, criminal law, civil rights law, immigration law, environmental law, civil law, labor law, animal rights law, and sexual orientation law.
