Test Anxiety Workshop

Do you feel anxious during exams? Are you worried that your mind will go blank in the middle of an exam? There are simple techniques you can do anywhere, anytime to reduce your anxiety and release tension. This experiential workshop will explain what happens to our mind and body when anxiety takes over and then give you exercises to do to calm the mind.
