Issue: May low-wage home health care workers bring a class action in New York state court alleging violations of minimum wage requirements?
Appearing for Lilya Andryeyeva, et al.: Jason Rozger, Bernabaum Menken LLP
Cardozo faculty and outside experts will help prepare Jason Rozger for his upcoming argument in the New York State Court of Appeals in Andryeyeva v. New York Health Care, Inc.
