Comprehensive Immigration Reform

If reform occurs before the event, the panel might focus its implementation and its impact on the immigration education.

If reform does not take place, the discussion might focus on why, the possible consequences, and possible next steps.

Invited speakers include: Stephen Yale-Loehr (Cornell Law School), Nancy Morawetz (Professor of Clinical Law, New York University School of Law), Gemma Solimene (Clinical Associate Professor of Law, Immigrant Rights, Fordham Law School), Dan Smulian (Safe Harbor Project, Brooklyn Law School), Julie E. Dinnerstein (Co-Director for Sanctuary for Families, Immigration Intervention Project at the Bronx Family Justice Center, and Peter Markowitz (Immigrants Justice Clinic, Cardozo Law School).

This event is open to Cardozo students, alumni, non-profit organizations in New York City and students from other universities.
