This panel discussion examines current labor & employment and intellectual property issues impacting the food & restaurant industry and related media. The panelists will discuss legal challenges relating to harassment in the workplace, tipping, and the celebrity chef/owner, as well as the creation and enforcement of intellectual property rights in the industry. The panelists include experienced lawyers, chefs and restauranteurs who will fully explore the culture of the kitchen.
