Please join us in welcoming Professor Richard Abel at the Cardozo Law Institute in Holocaust and Human Rights'(CLIHHR) first event of the semester.
Professor Abel will be discussing his two new books, "Law's Trials" and "Law's Wars" which analyze rule of law in the United States following the 9/11 attacks. There will be a book signing and reception following the discussion.

Professor Abel is the Connell Distinguished Professor of Law Emeritus and Distinguished Research Professor at UCLA. He has also taught at Yale, NYU, Fordham, Cardozo, CUNY and USC, and lectured widely around the world.
