Avoiding Ethical Pitfalls in a Complicated Business Environment

February 27, 2019 - 6:00pm to 8:00pm
Please join us for a lively panel discussion covering ethical issues attorneys face in our current complicated business environment.
The panel will address a variety of timely questions and issues, including whether attorneys can ethically tape conversations; what the Rules of Professional Conduct say about attorneys entering into financing arrangements with non-lawyer litigation funders; what conflicts law firms and lateral hires face; the issues attorneys face when entering into common interest agreements; and whether limited waivers of the attorney-client privilege are ever effective.
