Uriel Procaccia, a frequent visitor to Cardozo, is former dean of the Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University. He teaches at the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, Israel, and is a member of the Center for the Study of Rationality at the Hebrew University. Professor Procaccia is the principal author of the corporate code of Israel, the first of its kind that has been consciously informed by the law and economics literature. In addition to his long-time association with the law and economics movement, Professor Procaccia is also interested, and has done significant work, in the interface of law and culture. Professor Procaccia is the author of several books and dozens of articles, and has taught worldwide.
