Bio
Professor Eisinger received a Ph.D. in French from Yale University, and graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School, magna cum laude, in 1982. She has worked in private practice and was Director of Clinical Education at Wayne State University Law School. She taught on the clinical faculty of the University of Wisconsin Law School and was a visiting professor of law at Rutgers University Law School and Seton Hall University School of Law. Professor Eisinger has also been a visiting faculty member at Marquette University School of Law; Justus Liebig Universitat, in Giessen, Germany; and the law schools of the University of Utrecht and Maastricht in the Netherlands. She has published law-related articles on civil procedure, prisoner’s rights, clinical legal education, and the economic loss doctrine.
